display problem

yes i have just recnetly started to have a problem with my display on my monitor . i will be useing my browser and then it starts to flicker uncrontrolably i am useing internet expllorer and have tried to reininstall my system but after i get it install and it looks like its working for a whlie this flickerinjg starts up can any one help me with this problem
