Displaying the tables from a Access File

I am trying to take data from ms access file in runtime.. The program is first user has to select the ms access file. Then i have to display all the tables in it. Then user will select the table.. After which i will display the columns and user has to select..I hve handled this in oracle..

Now i want assistance for displaying the table name and column name..

Could anyone assist me
