Distribute internet to two customers on one cisco router by splitting BW

HI,

I have a internet connection on Ethernet interface and would like to distribute it to two different offices on different network , i woudl also like to split bandwidth is it possible and what needs to be done, i have cisco 2621 XM router and cisco catalyst 2950 switch, plz help
