Distribution Group

My question is there a way when creating a new user that user automatically gets added a specific Distribution Group? I?ve tried using the query-base distribution group but we are in a mixed. Currently we are running all servers in Windows 2003 server mixed mode and the supervisor does not when to change to native mode at this time for reasons. Is there another way to do this?
