Distribution list in exchange 2003 with external contact

hello all,

i’ve a problem with an distribution list. we installed an exchange server by a customer. he want now to create distribution list with external contact that haven’t an e-mail address in the same domaine.

i’m not able to forward the messages to this external contacts.

i’ve created an distribution group in AD with the members on the company and the externals members. i’ve also created a user that can managed the group mailbox. i’ve created rules to forward the message to the distribution list and the forward works only for the addresses that are in the same domaine.

i don’t understand where the problem is… could someone help me?
