Divide the wireless network into workgroups

I have a wireless network that 6 of us share. Three different workgroups.
I want to seperate the other workgroups so they cannot see or share files on the other machines or workgroups, only within their own workgroup
All are running XP pro.
Is this possible within Windows, or a firewall (SPF ?) or the routers ?
