DLT Tape Drive Support

we have only one novell server 4.10 in office, We wants to install hp 40/80 or 20/40 gb dlt tape drive on in but hp people says it will not support novell 4.10, So please help me that which dlt tape drive will support on it or any other way to install hp dlt tape drive on novell 4.10
