DNS and default gateway settings

Our ISP is being bought out by another company and is changing thier DNS server IP addresses. I need to change this on about 70 PC’s Is there anyway to change this within a script. It needs to work with both Win95 and Win2000. If it takes two scripts that is ok. Also I need to change the default gateway to another router we are adding. Any help will be appreciated.
