DNS Entry

I have set up a Windows 2000 domain. If the web page for the domain is to be hosted elsewhere, what do I have to do in DNS to allow users to connect to the web page? I need to add a host record, I think, but I’m not sure of the syntax, etc. I’m a newbie, and I would appreciate any help with this
