DNS Error Event ID 4007

I have recentlly created a new domain for our company only consisting of a Windows 2003 Server (Standard) as the DC and a Windows 2003 Enterprise Server with Enterprise Exchange on it.
DNS had some issues that I was able to resolve but I still am getting an Event ID 4007 which states:
he DNS server was unable to open zone _msdcs..com in the Active Directory from the application directory partition ForestDnsZones..com. This DNS server is configured to obtain and use information from the directory for this zone and is unable to load the zone without it. Check that the Active Directory is functioning properly and reload the zone.
I have attempted to reload it but that did not resolve the error. Any suggestions?
