Has anyone ever seen Event 506 for DNS

There is a second 506 entry that says this:

Did what the link suggested and it didn’t fix it.
I have two DNS servers the one having this event is a Windows 2003 SP2 server. The 2008 server DNS isn’t having the problem.
They are both AD integrated etc.
