DNS Help

by kmclane . Updated 19 years, 4 months ago

I have a Windows 2003 server acting as DNS for my network. I have a T-1 router with an external FQDN and inside it I have a proxy/firewall and my DNS server is behind that. I also have a WAP hanging off the Router. If I put external dns servers in the WAP, I can browse the net. If I try to use my internal DNS I get nowhere. I have some internal resources that are published on the external FQDN that I cannot reach when connected to the WAP. What I would like is to somehow be able to do this by accessing the internal dns or setting a route in the WAP, but I don’t even know if it is possible.
Thanks, Ken.
