DNS IE 4.0 PROBLEM

I have a user on a Win95 machine using IE 4.0 who cannot resolves any host names when she tries to get on the internet or our intranet. However she can actually ping the ip address but the browser will not resolve host name. I checked all her proxy settings, etc. and everything is as it should be. Even logged on as myself to see if maybe it was her account in general but I could not resolve any host names either with her machine. I have tried reloading network settings and IE 4.0 but that doesn’t work. Help!! I really don’t won’t to have to reload Win95 from scratch! Thanks in advance!
