DNS issue

Good afternoon. For some reason my DHCP went bad on my server. I have server 2003 for small business. I re-did the DHCP Server installation. I have a range of 20 addresses that I want to be DHCP. I set up that range and activated it.I tried setting my computer to automatically get an IP address and it did from the range I specified. I can than see my network, no problem. The problem is when I try going on the internet. I get a “Page can’t be displayed”. I’m figuring it’s a DNS problem but I don’t know where to begin. And help would be greatly appreciated.
