DNS on work laptop?

Hi, I have a laptop that is used in work.

I added the laptop to the domain at head office, I have now taken the laptop to a satellite centre.

Since moving the laptop it isnt getting a connection.

I tried removing it from the domain then adding it back, now it is saying that it cannot find DNS server?

Any help would be appreciated.
