DNS Problem

My DNS is still working but a little wacky. When I look in my _msdcs.domain.domain folder, I see 2 Alias(CName) for DNS Server 1 and 2 Alias(CName) for DNS Server 2. I look in the registry HKLM|Software|Microsoft|Cryptography|Autoenrollemtn|AEDirectoryCache on DNS Server 1, I see 2 numbers that are the same as two of the numbers in _msdcs. I look in the registery for DNS Server 2 and I see 1 number that is the same as one of the numbers in _msdcs and 1 number that is not listed in _msdcs. DNS Server 2 seems to works better for finding www sites.

Can I delete these numbers (either in the registry or DNS) and they will regenerate? Can’t find anything on this subject that meets my criteria.
