DNS problems

I have both DNS primary and secondary.
When I try to connect a domain in my intranet from a machine connected to the same switch of the DNS, all goes fine.
But if I try to get the domain from outside my intranet, I receive “The name can’t be resolved throu the machine name” or something like this.
Any idea?
