DNS Server 2003&2008 Problems

We are currently having problems.

We have several servers and over 300 PC’s in 2 Destinations.

Alot of PC’s are experiencing problems printing and connecting to netowkr shares simply because of authentication. We can connect tp printers and network shares using the server IP. We can also Ping the Ip and the server name and get a reply.

I really need a fix so we can get working back to normal.

Can anyone help me?
