DNS Server help

I am in the process of reseaching a DNS solution for my company. Currently we have our domain hosted and it has been nothing but problems since day 1. I have reseached setting up my own Bind server and that seems like WAY too much administration for this day and age. There are serveral DNS appliances out there, as well as DNS software. I was wondering if anyone could offer thier opinion on a good, easily managable DNS solution. I have a windows 2000 server that handles my Interal DHCP and DNS with active directory. This works great. The problem I have is with my web accesible host, email, and reverse DNS.

Please help.
