Dns Server Problem

I have a two office.both office are connected by lan.we are using both office different win 2003 domain server.Problem is that we are trying to ping for one office client pc to other office domain server.when we are gating request time out but both offices all pc connected to each other but domain is not connected .Please suggest what i should be do.
