DNSDHCP Console won’t go on Win2KPro

How do I get the DNSDHCP Console running? I’ve installed the DNSDHCP Console on a Dell P4 2.0 Ghz – Windows 2000 Pro machine with 256 Mb RAM. From the Desktop icon, I get the initial dialog box asking for the Tree and then nothing. DNSDHCP won’t runat all from the Netware Administrator screen on the same machine.
