do a lot of questions in Q&A look like Help Desk Questions?

Just seems like the questions asked all are desktop or home network related questions that would be asked on a Help Desk line.

There are those occasional questions which if one has worked on SMB or Enterprise level networks , one would run across such a problem, and requires actual experience to have run across it. but for the most part, the majority seem like help desk stuff.

Wonder if some of those Help Desk guys who are supported to know the answers come here to find answers.
