Documents to configure

Dear friends:

I just started to work in new company and they have a Micom router this is manufactured by northern telecom (nortel networks) we’re using 2 voice channels each of 64k and 128k for data. Few days ago the data channel is been not wotking properly I reset the micom 3 times (i did before and the channels were empty)but the last time this isn’t work. Now i was trying to get information about Micom Settings and Hardware structure (northern and nortelnetworks web site) without success.
Can you help me about micom’s documents or tell me what can i do for solution this problem.
