dodgy wireless connections

by rob_alder . Updated 20 years, 5 months ago

Hi all, I have a problem.

I’ve got 3 workstations in the flat, 1 wired PC (we’ll call that A), 1 wireless PC (call that B), and 1 wireless laptop (C).

PC A is hardwired into a belkin modem/router and that transmits to 2 USB D-link receivers. When B is connected to the network and C tries to connect, both B and C get booted off and can’t connect without restarting the router. PC A (me) never has any problems by the way.

Recently though, they both go through the motions of restarting the router, but then they can’t connect to the internet. I’ve changed the network name, the channel, re-installed everything, and I can’t think of anything else. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks, Rob.
