Does Verizon DSL for Business….

Does Verizon DSL for Business block port 443 (https) incoming? My client has DSL and they can view the intranet from outside their network however they cannot access OWA and Remote Web Workspace. They are using SBS 2003. I didn’t know if Verizon is blocking this port? don’t have this problem wiht clients that use Cable or T1 Lines.
