Does Windows 2000 have Peer Web Server?

I was trying to add the Microsoft Peer Web Server function to Windows 2000 Proffesional and cannot find anywhere. Is the Peer Web Server automatically installed on 2000 somewhere that I’m not looking? I know on Windows NT 4.0 you can add it through the Services tab on the Network Neighborhood but Windows 2000 is setup different. Does anybody know where I can come up with this or if it is already on the system? Thanks for your help.
