Doing a best project for an Computer Engg Studenr

I am now in my final year of my B.E Computer Engineering @ India.
Now its time for me to do and submit a Project to my college.
So can any one suggest me in doing this by giving some ideas.

What will be the best project for me.
I can do in .Net(either C# or VB.Net)
