Domain and windows passwords

The teachers in our school logon at win 98 stations to a W2k AD Domain. After changing their domain password they still have to use their Windows passwords at individual workstations to logon. I know that I can go around these stations and delete the pwl file for their account, but as we have 100+ stations this is not a first choice. Is there any way of eliminating this need to enter a Windows password as well as a Domain password.

Any hints or tips much appreciated.
