Domain Attached Laptop Unable to Connect Outside of Domain

I have a few laptops that are joined to our domain to access network resources and printers. I’d like people to be able to take their laptops home and be able to connect to any network, no problem. The username and passwords are cached so that’s not a problem. I’m just unable to connect via wireless network outside of the domain. Any ideas?
