domain connection problem

Hello

I would like to ask as question we are a medium company and using a Local Area Network containing 28 PCs we made a Domain Server problem is that i want to connect a new PC to network but there is a problem after windows installation when i change work group to Domain name it ask password and use name , i give pass word and user name then after after some seconds another window open with this message “The following error occurred attempting to join Domain abc.com , the remote procedure called faild and did not execute.
