Domain contoller logon

There are 3 domain controllers in the site I operate in. One is a global catalog, the second is a file and print server that hosts DNS and DHCP services and the third is the Exchange server. For some strange reason none of the administrator accounts can log onto the file and print server but can log onto the other DC’s. What could the problem be and how do I resolve it?
