Domain controller not serving time correctly

I am having issues with the client machines not syncing time correctly with the domain controller. The domain controller is set up correctly to serve time based on the microsoft article for proper configuration, however, it seems that the client machines are not syncing with it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
