Domain Controller: Policy for Outlook Express

Hi Everyone.

I have a small network with about 30 users. All the users are on Outlook except for 1 user. This user uses Outlook Express. However, for some reason when I put them in a OU I created for this department. They are unable to switch Identities.

Has anyone had this? do you know what I need to change in the OU?
