I have a domain controller that has all our printer installed on and shared. I installed a new server, duplicated the printers over to it and tested them….so they are working. I then renamed the original server, and rebooted it. I then renamed the second server with the name of the first and rebooted. I also deleted the accounts from the server manager on the PDC and recreated them. Everything came up fine only some of the users are having printing trouble. I expected that and I having to have the users re-install the driver or the path to the printer. My problem is that when setting up the printer on Win98/95 stations, all the printers do not show up. They show up under NT workstation clients but not 95/98 clients. I’ve alreadysychronized the domain with these new names. I’m running on SP6 with IP printing. Any suggestions?
