Domain Design

I have a Netware and NT network. We have about 100 servers and 15-20 locations connected by a WAN/LAN. We have 1300 users. I am looking for a resource to help me redesign the single Domain we currently have. Does anyone know of some info resources to assist me in at least steering me in the right direction?
