Domain problem

V have 1 server with 2003, which also acts as a dhcp and dns server…
v have 20 compueters all preloade with with win xp professional with sp2, and 1 with win2000 std…

i dint had any problem to get few system in the domain, esp i even bought 2k system in the domain and even win xp system too.. but some system give this error…

the error occured while attempting to join the domin : the dependency service or group failed to start.

when i checked for the services, i saw that netlogon service cannot be started.. rest all the dependent service can be started…

can anybody help with this problem…
