Domain Users Accounts

When I add a new user or a new PC to my domain. The existing users profiles take a long time to load when they login. This also occurs if I add a new machine to the domain. Once I log into that machine the first time with that users account it take at least 2 minutes to load the users settings. Sub sequential attempts are equally slow.

Existing users that log into existing machines on the domain don’t have this problem
