Domain Users cannot add network printers

I have users getting the following error:

“You do not have sufficient access to your computer to connect to the selected printer.”

This issue just started this week. In the past domain users have had no issue adding network printers. If I grant admin rights the user they can add the printer.

I have checked the security settings on the printer and the Everyone group has access. This problem exists for all 3 of my printer servers.
