domain users denied access to .exe in program files

by russell . Updated 17 years, 2 months ago

I am using Windows Server 2008 deploying an internal domain. Each workstation has a program that start on boot up but now is being denied access sense the user’s are authenticated domain users and dont have rights to the Program Files directory. I know how to resolve the issue on each workstation allowing authenticated users security access to the Program Files Directory.

My question is: is there a group policy within the Group Policy Management Console that allows me to do the same thing so that I dont have to set security permission on fifty individual machines or remember to setting on new workstation builds.

This is the second time this has happend to me on two different networks and I have constantly been researching trying to find the answer.
