Don’t know what to do

I am the new intern at a Bahamas gov admin. For now My dreams might be to complete the internship without trouble. And…
I have trouble at work…
Here it is : our IT is not here and I need to access a document online but it is blocked. If I try to access an older one, I can. And from my personal devices I can access it.Does it mean my IT is parano and I can use information in te blocked document or it is unsafe and I have to use the older one ? The older one can have some false information now…
