DOS Network Boot disk for Laptop

I have a Compaq 4120T laptop and 3com model 3CCFE574BT Lan card. I want to make a DOS boot disk so I can ghost an image onto the laptop drive. I have NT or 2000 servers. I have found some boot disk, But I never can get the PCMCIA network card to work. I can use TCP\IP or NETBEUI. Thanks
