I have been concerned for some time (over a year?) that information on downloads is not available, when reading your email “Software Downloads” emails. When clicking on a download topic the link goes DIRECT to the download, even if I click “Read more”.
For example today I clicked on the CCEnhancer 2.5 item and was directed to https://www.techrepublic.com/software/ccenhancer-25-windows/3777765/post?promo=175&tag=nl.e175
Therefore there is no option to see details of the software, or even if the download is compatible with my OS (I am still running XP)
This often means that I do not download it, or spend extra time running a search query to find the details.
Is it possible to amend the “Read more” link so that it actually goes to a “Description” page?
