Download speed

I am facing this wierd problem with my PC with downloading torrents, I have a 256kbps DSL connection and i use a D- Link Wir300 802.11g wireles router, but my download speed is incredibly low, its like
Download : 5b/s to 200b/s
Upload Same as above

Both my upload and download limits are marked to automatic, and i tried portforwarding and creating firewaall eception, I even uninstalled and reinstalled u torrent, since that was not working i uninstalle u torrent and installed vuze, but the problem still exist

PS: i Have no problem with the browsing speed or other normal downloads
