Download videos from TechRepublic

I use to download videos, but how to download videos from TechRepublic to my RealPlayer? When I click on Play, Download won?t appear. I right click on the video, then clik on Download this video to RealPlayer. But it is impossible to download any video from TechRepublic, why? Please, can anybody tell me how to do?
