Downloaded book chapter; expected book. Not received. ???

We downloaded the posted chapter of Email Archiving for Dummies, 2nd Edition on or around November 18 and expected–based on site information–that we would soon receive the book. It has not arrived.
Where do we need to send the “confirmation” message from TechRepublic in order to get service?
