Dr. Watson error on Explore.exe

I am getting a Dr. Watson error on my NT Explorer approx. 75% of the time. The Dr. Watson screen gives me the following information:

explorer.exe
access violation (0xc0000005)
address 0x30002182

I am running SP6a-128 encryption on a Dell 400 w/64M RAM.

Any help would be appreciated.
