DRAC-4 issue on Dell 6850

see if any one can help me out.I am facing problem with one of the dell 6850 server wherein I am not getting an option to get into DRAC-4 configuration utility using “cntrl-D”.Server is into production and we need to consider the dependencies before bringing it down to trouble shoot the issue.

Server is running on Win 2003 standard edition.

Please advice.
