Drawing Tablet Monitor?

I’m thinking of getting a new monitor but have also thought about getting a drawing Tablet with a screen. Does anyone know any products that could kill 2 birds with one stone?

I’m a video editor so it NEEDS to be large, high res with good colours and a fast refresh, but I also don’t want a poor quality drawing monitor like some of those touch screen monitors that come with styluses.
