Driver available?

I am trying to locate a driver for an old ISA IDE Controler card for someone and I am not having much success. I have tried driverguide.com and no result, I have searched Google.com and only got a linkto some discussion forum. The computer is veryold, I think a 386 and maybe 16 MB Ram running windows 3.11 for workgroups.

I know what you are thinkign.. why bother?
Well I wouldn’t, but the person who asked me to fix it does. The only numbers I can find on the card are as follows …Zeon 2 94VO

I cannot see any Model name anywhere on the card, I was able to download a manual for the card, but I need to know if it requires a driver too?
