driver for Hayes Accura external modem

Hi

I am upgrading to windows 2000 and can not find a driver for my modem.

Hayes Accura 56K external speaker phone modem model 5690, GB version.

I can find the drivers for windows 95&98 but not for 2000.

Can anyone help?
